Terms of Service
Last updated: October 10, 2026
1. Acceptance
TradeVoyance (“the Service”) is operated by TallyTic LLC, a Washington limited liability company (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and TallyTic LLC. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Geographic Scope
The Service is intended for use by individuals located in the United States. We do not offer or direct the Service to individuals in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions outside the United States. By using the Service, you represent that you are located in the United States.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use TradeVoyance. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
4. Not Financial Advice & Options Risk
TradeVoyance is an analytical tool for educational and informational purposes. TallyTic LLC does not act as your financial advisor, investment adviser, or broker-dealer. All analyses, ratings, probabilities, expected values, and pricing figures are mathematical estimates based on market data and options pricing models. They are not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any security, and should not be construed as financial, investment, or trading advice.
Outputs may include AI-generated content and may contain errors or omissions. Market data may be delayed or incomplete, and model estimates do not guarantee future results. Using the Service does not create an advisory or fiduciary relationship with us. You are responsible for independently verifying information and for your trading decisions.
Options trading involves substantial risk and is not suitable for all investors. You could lose your entire investment, and some options positions can produce losses greater than your initial investment. Prior to buying or selling an option, you should review Characteristics and Risks of Standardized Options (the ODD) published by the Options Clearing Corporation (OCC).
Always consult a qualified financial professional before making trading decisions.
5. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service beyond normal use
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent limits
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Service or its analyses without our written consent
7. Intellectual Property
All content, code, scoring models, and branding on TradeVoyance are owned by us or our licensors. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights. You may share your own trade analyses via the sharing feature for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
9. Service Availability
We strive to keep TradeVoyance available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. Market data availability depends on third-party providers.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TallyTic LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of TallyTic LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, and agents arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, or waives rights or remedies, that cannot lawfully be excluded, limited, or waived.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TallyTic LLC disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the analyses or market data are accurate, complete, or current.
12. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless TallyTic LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, and agents from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your unlawful use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing in this section deprives you of mandatory protections under applicable law.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and ask signed-in users to accept the revised Terms before continuing to use the app. Visitors without an account will see an updated notice when using the public tools.
